The overall strategy is to externally coach, mentor and guide our customers (users) in their organizations to be able to demonstrate a breakthrough in their productivity. Once they demonstrate this breakthrough, they are likely to be retained compared to their peers, come time for their bi-annual or annual employee appraisal process.
Once the user continues to work for a specified period of time that is predetermined between the coach and user, data analytics will be applied external to this application to assist them in sustaining their improvements
