SigmaXL is a graphical and statistical add-in tool for Microsoft Excel.
It is a commonly used tool in Six Sigma training and implementation. It has been used in medical and scientific research articles.

SigmaXL was developed in 1997 by John Noguera and Cynthia Cumby. It is distributed by SigmaXL Inc., a privately owned company located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
